\u00e9labora la m\u00e9thode de l\u2019Ashtanga Yoga structur\u00e9e en s\u00e9quences de postures qu\u2019on appelle les s\u00e9ries. Les postures ou asana en Sanskrit sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et m\u00e9moris\u00e9es dans un ordre pr\u00e9cis et progressif en coordination avec la respiration. L\u2019alternance entre stabilit\u00e9 des asanas (chaque posture est tenue 5 \u00e0 8 respirations) et fluidit\u00e9 du mouvement ou Vinyasa font de cette pratique une invitation au voyage dans les cycles du cosmos entre inspir et expir. Elle favorise l\u2019ancrage, la puissance et la d\u00e9tente en unifiant corps et esprit dans un espace-temps illimit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div progressive et coh\u00e9rente pour les effets qu\u2019elles procurent sur les plans physique, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et psychologique et est organis\u00e9e en plusieurs parties : (1) les salutations au soleil A et B propres \u00e0 l\u2019Ashtanga, (2) des postures debout communes \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des s\u00e9ries et qui constituent le fondement de la pratique, (3) l\u2019ensemble des postures qui font la particularit\u00e9 de chaque s\u00e9rie (debout, assises, en \u00e9quilibre, etc.), (4) les postures finales communes \u00e0 toutes les s\u00e9ries, \u00e0 partir de la posture du pont
