Cette <em>Sadhana<\/em> m\u2019apporte la Joie, la Paix et la Lumi\u00e8re-Conscience sur la Vie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e76d2ff elementor-widget__width-initial animated-slow elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e76d2ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le yoga est entr\u00e9 dans ma vie l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2011, \u00e0 l\u2019aube de mes 44 ans sous la forme du Vinyasa Yoga face \u00e0 la mer&#8230; Puis lors de la premi\u00e8re f\u00eate de l\u2019Ashtanga Yoga \u00e0 Aix les Bains j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert l\u2019Ashtanga et la pratique en Mysore style : une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation ! En septembre 2014 j\u2019entre \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-ashtanga.com\/\">l\u2019\u00e9cole de Yoga de Mysore \u00e0 Lyon<\/a> et deviens une pratiquante assidue sous la guidance pr\u00e9cise et bienveillante de Pierre Baronian dans la lign\u00e9e de l\u2019enseignement de Pattabhi Jois.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de course \u00e0 pieds, trail et fitness, je me consacre d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 l\u2019Ashtanga Yoga : j\u2019apprends \u00e0 respirer, \u00e0 me concentrer, je m\u2019int\u00e9riorise, j\u2019ouvre cet espace en moi. Depuis mon premier s\u00e9jour \u00e0 Mysore en 2015 je retourne en Inde r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour vivre la pratique au c\u0153ur de la culture qui l\u2019a vue na\u00eetre, notamment aupr\u00e8s de Sharmila Desai \u00e0 Morjim, Goa ; et lors de mes s\u00e9jours \u00e0 Sydney, je pratique sous la guidance de Eileen Hall. Ces deux enseignantes inspirantes de renomm\u00e9e internationale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 certifi\u00e9es par Pattabhi Jois. Je pratique \u00e9galement avec Lucas Carvalho, autoris\u00e9 niveau 2 par Sharath Jois, lors de ses visites r\u00e9guli\u00e8res en c\u0153ur de ma vie : maman \u00e0 24 et 28 ans, enseignante depuis l\u2019\u00e2ge de 21 ans, formatrice d\u2019enseignants, chercheuse en sciences du langage et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, mamie \u00e0 54 ans et professeure de yoga !<\/p><p>Apprendre continue de m\u2019ouvrir des horizons chaque jour\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a469e77 elementor-widget__width-initial animated-slow elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a469e77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pourtant l\u2019enseignement du Yoga n\u2019\u00e9tait pas dans ma trajectoire professionnelle : je souhaitais conserver pour moi cette Sadhana si pr\u00e9cieuse. Puis l\u2019envie de transmettre cette exp\u00e9rience fondatrice a \u00e9merg\u00e9 comme une \u00e9vidence : je ne pouvais garder ce tr\u00e9sor il me fallait le partager. Je commence \u00e0 enseigner l\u2019Ashtanga en 2017 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de Mysore et \u00e0 l\u2019association Terre d\u2019Ancrage \u00e0 Lyon. En 2019 je participe \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re formation de Pierre Baronian et Annick Goueslain jusqu\u2019en 2021 (+500h). Puis je prends la d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9duire mon activit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignante chercheure \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 pour approfondir la dimension spirituelle de ma vie par la pratique et l\u2019enseignement du Yoga d\u2019une part et par l\u2019\u00e9tude de ma biographie selon les enseignements anthroposophiques de Rudolf Steiner d\u2019autre part.<\/p><p>En 2021 je me forme \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement biographique aupr\u00e8s de Cyr Bo\u00eb (Atelier du Fontenay) puis en 2023 au travail sur le diagnostic et les lois th\u00e9rapeutiques selon Liane Collot d\u2019Herbois avec Sylvie Bo\u00eb, art th\u00e9rapeute. Depuis 2023 je poursuis ma formation aupr\u00e8s de Viviane Olbregts, m\u00e9decin d\u2019orientation anthroposophique qui d\u00e9veloppe en contexte francophone les modules de Biographie Karmique issus des travaux du hollandais Coenraad van Houten dans la lign\u00e9e des conf\u00e9rences de Rudolf Steiner sur les lois du Karma, et \u00e0 partir du processus d&rsquo;observation ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologique de Johann Wolgang von Goethe. Enfin je d\u00e9couvre le chant Werbeck en 2024 \u00e0 Avignon aupr\u00e8s de Matthew Thurber et m&rsquo;engage dans la formation sur le d\u00e9voilement de la voix selon la m\u00e9thode de Valborg Werbeck avec Christiaan Boele, chef de c\u0153ur et formateur en Finlande et dans le monde.<\/p><p>Je me sens pleine de gratitude d&rsquo;avoir rencontr\u00e9 et suivi les enseignements de belles personnalit\u00e9s engag\u00e9es sur un chemin spirituel profond.
